About Us
Welcome to The Greenhouse, where we help business leaders cultivate resilience and sustainable growth through evidence-based wellbeing.
Leadership is demanding. The pressures of decision-making, guiding teams, and driving results can take a toll. Yet too often, wellbeing is treated as an afterthought. Pushing through exhaustion, stress and burnout can be a short road to declining performance and reduced fulfillment.
With the combination of nearly two decades each in clinical practice plus our own experience as business owners and parents, we are well placed to help break this cycle. We saw the gap here in New Zealand: leadership development often overlooked physical and mental wellbeing.
Yet the most effective leaders cultivate resilience, clarity, and self-awareness just as intentionally as they build strategy and skills. So we created The Greenhouse to help more leaders do that.
We focus on evidence-based wellbeing skills and strategies that can be integrated into every aspect of your leadership development. We believe that wellbeing isn’t an add on. It’s the foundation for high impact sustainable leadership.
HEALTH PSYCHOLOGIST
B.A, MSC HLTH Psych (Hons), PGDIP HLTH Psych
I have worked as a psychologist for nearly two decades now and I can still say hand on heart that I love my job! It’s a privilege to work alongside people as they navigate through challenges and figure out their version of thriving. I’m trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindful Self-compassion. I aim to help individuals use evidence-based tools, like mindfulness and core values alignment, to create wellbeing strategies that feel authentic and achievable.
As much as I love my work, my most important role has been raising my 12-year-old daughter with my husband. He works in elite sports and travels frequently for work which has presented some challenges; I take my hat off to solo parents! I understand the realities of life mean that balancing our own wellbeing with competing priorities can be tough. “And begin again” is my favourite line to remind myself to get back on track when my own wellbeing practices slip.
When I’m not working you can find me walking my dogs, at the gym, hiking or hanging out with family and friends at the beach.
