Each session brings together a small group of like-minded mums facing similar challenges, creating a supportive space to pause, reflect, and reset. We focus on a common pinch point across your day, from managing overwhelm to finding calm between roles. You will leave with manageable, evidence-based practices that fit into real life, helping you build awareness, ease, and sustainable focus without adding more to your plate.

The session for mums navigating the return to work and routines after the school holidays.
The school year is back on, but your nervous system might still be catching up. This session helps you find your feet again after the disruption of summer — mentally, emotionally, and practically. You’ll reset your focus, steady the internal noise, and reconnect with yourself beneath the roles.
MARCH - I’m actually pretty awesome
When was the last time you stopped to notice what you handled — not just what you survived? In this session, we’ll reflect on a real challenge and gently uncover the strengths, skills, and resilience you already use every day. Expect validation, perspective, and a much-needed confidence boost.
APRIL - Mental load: where’s the off switch?
That constant background processing? It’s exhausting — and invisible. This session names the mental load of working motherhood and helps you create small pauses inside the noise. You’ll learn ways to unload, contain, and quiet the cognitive churn without needing everything to be “done” first.
MAY - The role squish
The rushed handovers, late meetings, delayed pick-ups, and emotional whiplash between work and mum mode can leave you tense and guilty on both sides. This session focuses on smoother transitions — helping you arrive more fully, with less stress and self-blame.
JUNE - Constant unpredictability
Sick kids. School calls. Plans falling apart. Living in a constant state of possible disruption is draining. This session supports you to feel more steady and resourced even when life refuses to cooperate — building flexibility inside you, not just around you..
JULY - All the guilt
When guilt comes from every direction, it can feel like you’re constantly falling short. This session offers relief from the no-win narrative, helping you soften self-judgement and reconnect with what’s reasonable, human, and enough — especially in the thick of winter.
AUGUST - The deep work conundrum
Being the default parent during work hours makes sustained focus hard — and often invisible to others. This session explores how to protect your energy and attention in small, realistic ways, without needing perfect conditions or total flexibility.
SEPTEMBER - Create breathing room
Back-to-back meetings. No buffers. No time to refuel, reset, or even think. This session helps you reclaim micro-moments of care and capacity throughout the day — so you’re not constantly running on empty.
OCTOBER - Decision fatigue is real
The endless micro-decisions of working motherhood quietly drain your reserves. This session brings awareness to where your energy leaks and offers simple ways to reduce cognitive load, conserve decision-making power, and feel less depleted by the end of the day.
